1. Course Fees:
1.1 Fees will be confirmed at the time of booking or via the event booking page
1.2 Events booked must be reserved online, via email or by telephone - a 30% non refundable deposit will apply
1.3 The course fee is payable no later than 30 days before the event is due to take place
1.4 In the event that the course fee is not paid in full Run Eryri reserve the right to refuse you to participate in the event
1.5 All prices are exempt of UK VAT
2. Cancellation by Run Eryri:
2.1 - Although we will attempt to ensure that courses run as scheduled, in the event that Run Eryri need to cancel a course due to unsuitable conditions or other unforeseen circumstances we will notify the client as soon as possible
2.2 – Run Eryri will notify clients no less than five full days prior to a course start date if a course needs to be cancelled
2.3 - In the event of cancellation by Run Eryri clients will be offered the following options:
Another course on different dates.
Full refund of the course fee paid.
2.4 - Run Eryri will not be held responsible for any accommodation or travel costs incurred and we advise you take out cancellation insurance for this eventuality.
3 Cancellation by client
3.1 - All cancellations must be made in writing or by email no less than 30 days prior to the course date
3.2 - Once notified of the cancellation by email or post Run Eryri will attempt to sell your place(s)
3.3 - In the event that Run Eryri is able to re-sell the course place prior to the commencement date of the course, the client will receive a full refund less 30% deposit to cover administration fees
3.4 - Refunds will only be made after the commencement date of the course and within 7 working days
3.5 – Should Run Eryri be unable to re-sell the course place(s) prior to the course commencement date the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:
Your deposit if the cancellation is made over 30 days before the start date of the course
The full course fee if the cancellation is made less than 30 weeks before the course start date unless we can resell the place (see point 3.3).
To cover this eventuality we recommend an insurance policy that includes cancellation or curtailment of your trip or holiday.

Run Eryri is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy relates to our use of any personal information you provide to Run Eryri via forms on our website, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp email, in letters and other correspondence and in person. In order to provide you with Run Eryri services we will sometimes need to collect information about you.
Run Eryri is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Whenever you provide such information Run Eryri is legally obliged to use your information in line with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information (these laws are referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “data protection laws”).
Run Eryri website may contain hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies and Run Eryri therefore, urges you to review them. They will govern the use of personal information you submit when visiting these websites. Run Eryri does not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.
What Information might Run Eryri collect from me:
When you visit this website and provide contact information to Run Eryri via electronic forms on the website, or contact Run Eryri by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, in letters and other correspondence and in person Run Eryri may receive personal information about you. The data may include some, or all of the following information: your name, email address and mobile telephone number.
Run Eryri will keep the data about you for as long as it is believed to be accurate and up to date.
Run Eryri is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides PPM with an online platform that allows it to sell services to you. Your data may be stored through squarespace.com data storage, databases and the general squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Run Eryri can access this information through this platform but does not hold it electronically at any point. here
At times a copy of emergency contact and relevant medical information is held by Run Eryri when delivering some of our events and destroyed on completion.
How might Run Eryri use the information collected about me:
Run Eryri might use this data to contact you with direct marketing messages by email on the legal basis of consent and legitimate interest in Run Eryri services.
Run Eryri may use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:
▪ to provide Run Eryri services, activities or online content, to provide you with information about them and to deal with your requests and enquiries;
▪ to occasionally send you a newsletter and updates on Run Eryri’s services (via email)
Sharing of Information:
Run Eryri does not collect personal information for sale to third parties for marketing purposes. Run Eryri will never rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. When another guide or instructor is working with you we need to share some of your personal information. We share your name, phone number, as well as any medical/injury information that you have disclosed. None of your personal information is kept by these instructors longer than the time frame for which they are working with you.
Website Cookies:
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser that enables sites or service providers to recognise your browser and to capture and remember certain information.
Run Eryri uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address if you have not opted out) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Run Eryri.
